Amy is a Senior Associate in our Banking and Finance group. She advises on all aspects of finance transactions including real estate finance, corporate financing, acquisition finance and education finance. Her clients include all major universal bank lenders, private debt funds, real estate developers and private and public corporate borrowers. Her recent experience includes: advising a listed PLC on their £200m syndicated RCF advising a private real estate group on their £190m syndicated RCF acting for a major universal bank in relation to a development financing for a student accommodation site advising a 3 bank syndicate in relation to a £190m financing to a cross border restaurant group
