Amy has experience in advising a wide range of clients across the private and public sector including pension funds, commercial property investors, corporate occupiers, charities, public sector and local governments, retail and private landlords. She is experienced across a broad range of both non contentious and contentious property issues. She regularly advises clients on contentious property and management issues arising from their portfolios including recovery of possession and rent arrears, covenant issues, dilapidations claims and lease renewals, break notices, advice on forfeiture, adverse possession claims, boundary and rights of way disputes, advice on title issues, traveller possession claims.
