Felicity is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group in London. Felicity’s practice covers three areas: banking litigation, pensions and trusts disputes and defending accountancy firms in litigation and regulatory action. Felicity’s reported cases include Thales UK Ltd v Thales Pension Trustees Ltd & Ors (High Court), Blatchford v Blatchford (High Court) and the long-running Airways Pension Scheme v Fielder and British Airways litigation. Felicity has recently completed a nine month secondment to the in-house legal team at BDO with a focus on practice protection. Felicity is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
