Zoe is a legal director in the Finance and Restructuring group. Zoe primarily advises banks, funds and other creditors advising on all aspects of domestic and cross-border restructurings (bilateral and multi-bank) and insolvencies, including work-outs, contingency planning, complex intercreditor negotiations, security enforcement and implementing restructurings through planned insolvency processes. Zoe has broad experience and also acts for insolvency practitioners and corporates and directors facing financial distress. Zoe has a strong background in acting for lenders and borrowers in non-distressed real estate finance, leverage finance and corporate lending deals.
