Mohammed Aldhabaan is the Founder and Chairman of the Riyadh office. He trained at the Law Firm of Saleh Al Hejailan for over five years and has managed his own firm since 1998. He provides advice on local and regional investment ventures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and project finance. In addition, Mohammed is involved in a wide range of policy and economic reform activities with the Saudi Government.

Mohammed is an experienced litigator before all levels of the commercial and administrative courts of Saudi Arabia, and has represented clients before institutional, quasi-governmental, and governmental bodies. He also specialises in advising on all intellectual property and software protection matters.
