He specialises in m&a and financial law, acting for banks, public entities and private companies (energy sector, infrastructures, financial projects, etc). He has a law degree from the university of santiago de compostela, a master's degree in legal counselling from the ie business school and a master's degree in tax law from the financial studies centre of madrid.
