Alberto Dorrego de Carlos

Alberto dorrego has a law degree by universidad complutense de madrid (1988). He entered by public competition as parliamentary lawyer (letrado de las cortes generales) in 1991, having served as such as legal counsel at the home affairs and justice committee and at the public administration committee of the congress of deputies and at the industry committee of the senate. He has served as director of commissions and legislative affairs and deputy secretary general at the congress of deputies of spain. In 2001 was appointed by the spanish government as director general for the modernization of the administration of justice (ministry of justice) remaining in duty until 2004, from where he promoted relevant legislative reforms of the spanish judicial system.
