María Hernández

Maria hernández is partner of the compliance department at eversheds nicea. Maria has been responsible for the legal advice of pentair for the south of europe and chief compliance counsel for europe. She has also led the legal advice and the compliance department of the european and middle east divisions of large multinationals. It is worth highlighting her worldwide position as ombudsman of tyco group based in united states since 2010 until 2013, reporting directly to the board of directors.  Her extraordinary professional career has provided her with several awards among which we point out best corporate – compliance lawyer of the year at the gold awards iberian lawyer 2014 or best business lawyer younger than 40 years in 2010 (awards 40 under 40) and she was finalist among the seven best worldwide business lawyers at the international law office awards.
