Carlos Pemán Cubillo

Carlos is a partner in our corporate group, specialising in m&a, private equity and commercial contracts. He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including intra-group reorganisations, corporate governance and shareholders agreements.  He acts for private and public companies. He has a law degree from universidad pontificia comillas (icade), an international business law diploma from the mcgeorge school of law (sacramento). Carlos was admitted to the madrid bar association in 1991. He is a lecturer for master in laws at the carlos iii university and at icade e-1 “practicum”. He is a regular contributor to specialised and economic press on m&a and private equity matters. He has recently collaborated on the last edition of the incorporated companies practical guidebook (“memento”) of editorial francis lefebvre.
