Crisanto Pérez-Abad

Crisanto leads our competition practice in madrid. He specialises in eu law and competition law including cartel enforcement, leniency applications, judicial appeals, compliance programs, and administrative proceedings for abuse of dominance and merger control. He has written articles on competition for global competition review, plc competition, the national economic press and has collaborated with the authors of ec procedure (oxford, 2006, l. Blanco and k. Joergens). He graduated from the university of oviedo with a law degree, obtained a master's in eu law from the university carlos iii of madrid (i997) and a european law degree at the university of amsterdam (i998). Cristanto was a former member of the oviedo bar (1994-2003), a member of the brussels bar (list e) during the period 1999-2003 and is a current member of the madrid bar.  Member of the academic council of the ll m on eu law of carlos iii university of madrid.
