Johan is specialized and experienced in public procurement providing advice in connection to all stages and issues of procurement procedures and contracts as well as assisting in judicial reviews in court.

In the Legal 500 EMEA Guide for 2021 Johan was ranked as “Next Generation Partner” within Public Procurement.

He also advises on administrative law, commercial agreements and energy sector matters.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Johan worked as a legal counsel at Svenska kraftnät (the Swedish National Grid) focusing on procurement related issues and matters.

Before that, he was an associate at another law firm mainly focused on procurement and dispute resolution.
