Amy is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations product group within the Litigation and Dispute Management Practice Group.

Amy has a broad Financial Services background with over 15 years’ experience acting for financial institutions, Law of Property Act Receivers, insurers and utilities companies.

Amy works within a dedicated insurance and utilities litigation team providing innovative recovery solutions to leading utility companies and is proficient in dealing with tariff recovery, contractual disputes, negligence claims relating to infrastructure damage and subrogated recoveries.

Amy also has expertise in dealing with complex recovery litigation for secured and unsecured debts and claims against lenders, involving title issues, fraud, undue influence, contractual disputes and Consumer Credit Act issues. Amy has also dealt with successful indemnity claims against the Land Registry and title rectification projects.

Amy has experience in instructing and working for Law of Property Act Receivers, dealing with claims against trespassers and tenants, including serving notices and issuing proceedings under the Housing Act 1988.
