Paul is a partner in our UK Company Commercial group. He specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, funding (including private equity), structuring and governance, joint ventures, and transformation projects.

Paul has a track record of advising a variety of clients in relation to the financial services sector including insurance, foreign exchange, consumer finance and fintechs. In addition, he provides advice to corporate and public bodies on not-for-profit structuring and engagement with the third sector.
