David Sweet is an Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations product group. He has experience in a wide range of financial services disputes acting for both claimants and defendants, including retail banking disputes, professional negligence claims and title rectification. His recent experience includes: Complex professional negligence claims against valuers and solicitors on behalf of mortgage lenders; Complex mortgage disputes including undue influence and fraud; Defending claims against banks arising out of alleged data breaches; Advising in relation to claims brought against banks under s.75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
