Scott is an Associate in our real estate practice group. He acts on behalf of substantial listed companies and handles a wide range of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, commercial development, portfolio management, development and landlord and tenant matters.

Scott’s recent experience includes: acting on the £45million acquisition of a substantial London property; the £32million pound disposal of public sector land; and the preparation of City of London certificates of title in excess of £13million.

Scott previously worked for an international law firm in Bristol where he provided property advise on: a circa £40million share purchase acquisition by a FTSE 100 company; the share acquisition of a mobile airtime distributor by a major network operator; and the share acquisition of numerous care homes by the one of the largest providers of step-down care in the UK.
