Nadine Gutteridge is a Legal Director in our Real Estate Practice Group, advising within the Energy sector, she leads our Real Estate Lateral Infrastructure team. Nadine focuses on the real estate elements of renewable energy projects, dealing with clients who are market leaders within the sector. Nadine leads a team securing the onshore land rights clients require for their overhead cables; pipelines; interconnectors (allowing for the flow of surplus energy between countries), solar and onshore and offshore wind farms. Some of these projects, once constructed will be the largest of their kind in the world. Providing strategic advice, negotiating voluntary agreements, due diligence, negotiating rights, cross-office and practice group collaboration and working closely with clients and their agents, Nadine has experience of advising on multi-million pound projects which have included multiple onshore landowner interests covering large expanses of the UK. Nadine's broader experience includes acting for institutional clients in connection with acquisitions and disposals, and property management work, including landlord and tenant matters, corporate support, real estate finance work, and funders of commercial refinances and developments.
