Tom is a Partner in our Human Resources Practice Group. He advises on all aspects of employment law but specialises in advising on the employment law aspects of commercial and corporate transactions, high level employment tribunal litigation and strategic advice relating to redundancy, restructuring and employee issues involving fraud. He has a particular interest in the Transport sector, particularly in relation to Aviation.

Tom's recent experience includes: advising on the employment law aspects of a number of large cross jurisdiction projects, mergers and acquisitions; outsourcing, as well as managing high level and volume employment tribunal litigation and strategic employment law advice for a world leading airport operator.

Tom is a recommended individual in the most recent Chambers and Partners Directory in the area of employment law, and has been praised in external directories as being "switched on" and having a "clear and straightforward" manner. In addition, he is a regular speaker and trainer on the topics of TUPE and redundancy and restructuring.
