He advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate transactions and has particular expertise in development and landlord and tenant matters. Having advised substantial listed companies, large property companies and national developers in a wide range of commercial property work. In particular, Gareth regularly advises clients on their HQ office lettings, logistics pre-lets and development land acquisitions (both residential and commercial development).
