Nerys Ireland is a Principal Associate with a particular focus on immigration issues within the education sector. Nerys advises on all immigration matters including Tier 2, Tier 5, DES, Start-Up, visitor rules and she has an accomplished practice in Tier 4 immigration compliance. Nerys regular advises in house counsel and senior management teams on a range of compliance issues, undertakes mock inspections, represents clients in Judicial Review proceedings and in the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal, acts on immigration issues in mergers and acquisitions and attends inspections (including HEAT inspections) to present clients to UKVI for audit.
