Ashley Davies is a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Disputes & Investigations group. Ashley primarily advises the major UK retail and business lenders in connection with secured and unsecured lending disputes, particularly specialising in complex title rectification, fraud, professional negligence and secured and unsecured business debt recovery matters. Ashley also has significant expertise in the legal project management of disputes and investigations that are particularly document heavy and require significant large scale document review exercises to be undertaken.
