Wayne qualified in 1999 and is a Principal Associate in our Financial Services Dispute Resolution group. He has considerable experience of advising Banks and Building Societies on negligence claims against professionals (surveyors, solicitors, accountants etc.) and advising on other avenues of potential recovery, including personal guarantees and recovery in corporate insolvency situations.

Wayne’s particular specialism is in commercial professional negligence cases and claims arising from large portfolios both under commercial ownership or by individual buy-to-let landlords. Complex negligence cases often arise as a result of fraud and Wayne has extensive experience of advising clients on recovery options available to clients.
