James is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management Practice Group. He specialises in Financial Services Litigation, with a particular focus on mis selling and professional negligence disputes, and Regulatory Investigations.

James' recent experience includes acting for an Investment Bank in relation to a significant regulatory investigation; acting for a major high street bank in relation to its defence of mis selling claims; a six month secondment to a major high street bank in London working on a regulatory investigation; acting for a client in its defence of an FCA enforcement investigation; and extensive experience of acting for lender clients in professional negligence disputes, both in relation to retail and commercial lending
