Michelle advises on all aspects of contentious property issues, including uncontested and contested lease renewals, advising on the exercise of break options, dilapidations, service charge disputes, forfeiture and debt recovery from current and former tenants, and guarantors.

Michelle works for a wide range of real estate clients, including HSBC Bank plc, Mitchells & Butlers Retail Limited and Wolseley UK Limited.
