Alice is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team based in Leeds.

Alice acts for a number leading banks and payment processors advising them on a wide range of issues, including claims for breach of mandate, professional negligence claims against valuers and solicitors in relation to mortgage transactions (residential and commercial), claims related to merchant services agreements, enforcing personal guarantees and debt recovery claims (both secured and unsecured debt).
