Rebecca Kitson is a Legal Director in the Human Resources Practice Group. She specialises in employment law covering both the contentious and non-contentious with particular expertise in TUPE, complex restructuring/redundancy projects and handling complex high value and multi-party litigation. Rebecca is an experienced Tribunal advocate and has dealt with a number of high profile EAT cases.

Rebecca is an experienced public speaker, regularly delivering training sessions and public seminars on a wide variety of topics such as TUPE, employment status, agency workers, discrimination, performance and absence management.
