Michael is a Principal Associate in our company commercial group. He specialises in IT, technology and outsourcing.

The majority of Michael’s work consists of large scale, complex and high-value transactions, such as IT outsourcing and projects with a technology focus.

Examples of Michael’s recent experience include:

advising an international financial services institution on a strategic contract for IT support services;  advising a global bank on a high-value, long-term technology and communication services agreement;  advising a utility on a major, multi-jurisdictional IT outsourcing in a transaction which won a National Outsourcing Association award for innovation.

Michael has extensive in-house experience. He has undertaken long-term secondments with a leading motor manufacturer and a global bank. He has also worked in-house with a world-leading microprocessor company.
