Nadim is the Regional Head of the Corporate Commercial Practice (CCPG) in the Middle East and is a Partner based in the Amman Office. Nadim has corporate transactional experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and corporate finance.

Nadim has particular expertise in representing private equity and venture capital firms in connection with their investments in the Middle East and in advising on the structuring and financing of infrastructure and developments projects. Nadim also has extensive experience representing multinational firms in connection with all legal aspects of their operations in the Middle East. According to Chambers and Partners clients praise Nadim as being “very smart and practical” and “a pleasure to deal with.”

Nadim’s pervious experiences include working as in-house counsel for Microsoft Corporation as the lead commercial attorney for the Middle East and Africa.

Nadim was educated at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA where he obtained a BA in politics, philosophy and economics. He then obtained his J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C. Nadim is a member in both Jordan Bar Association and New York Bar Association. Nadim is also a member of the Legal Task Force of the Middle East Private Equity Association.
