Faisal is a partner in the corporate and commercial practice in the Amman office. Faisal heads up the commercial practice.

Faisal advises local, regional and international clients on a range of legal matters, including cross-border commercial transactions, corporate structuring, agency disputes, foreign investment, labor issues and intellectual property rights.

Faisal has been involved in various regulatory and policy projects in the Middle East and he has substantial experience in high level litigation and privatisation of government entities/PPP work.

Faisal obtained his LLB from Brunel University, UK, and his LLM from University of London, UK. He is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and Saudi Bar Association.

Faisal is fluent in Arabic and English.
