Jari Malinen widely handles cases related to different fields of business law, always considering the client’s entire business environment and its special features. He advises and assists clients in drafting different agreements, and in business arrangements such as acquisitions and change-of-generation arrangements. He has extensive experience in solving disputes and judicial proceed-ings, both in general courts and in courts of arbitration.

Jari has more than 20 years of experience in turnaround management of troubled companies and as a supervisor of restructuring, either through voluntary procedures or official court restructuring. Jari works as a certified turnaround management consultant for TMA Finland.
