BE C&I Solutions Holdings on the acquisition of a biomass business. A strategic investor on its co-investment with Macquarie Capital on the take private of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd, the UK's leading provider of specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors, and following partial disposal to Warburg Pincus. Aboitiz Equity Ventures on the US$1.2 billion acquisition from Blackstone/Sithe Global of a majority interests in the GNPower platform. A UK inbound family office on the structuring of an investment platform and follow on investments into UK and European ESG businesses. Medco Energi Internasional on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Amman Mineral Internasional , as part of the acquisition of 82.2% of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara (NNT) for US$2.6 billion.
