Fahad is Partner and the General Manager of Saudi Arabia at AlDhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds.

He is a highly experienced Saudi lawyer who has been practicing since 2003. He has extensive experience in capital market transactions having worked on and supervised multiple listings in the Saudi Stock Exchange, worked on funds and on Saudi and cross border mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in corporate and commercial transactions and sophisticated foreign investments. Fahad has also has extensive experience in banking, insurance and money laundering and has previously taught numerous courses with Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency’s Institute of Banking.

Fahad is also a practicing litigator and has advised on international arbitrations, appeared and continues to attend and appear before the specialized judicial committees (tribunals), the Board of Grievances (Commercial and Administrative Circuits), the Sharia Courts and the Enforcement Courts.

Fahad has written and contributed to several articles and pieces on matters relating to the capital markets, commercial laws, bankruptcy and the GCC amongst other topics.
