Mohanad is a Senior Associate based in Riyadh. His main areas of focus are Companies registrations, in which he has an extensive experience in commercial, banking, real es-tate, trading and service industries for more than 8 years.

In addition, he advised a wide range of Saudi/Multi National Companies regarding a wide range of corporate/commercial transactions, including corporate structures and joint venture investments and assisting clients in selecting the most suitable form of corporate entities for their operations.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Mohanad was a legal advisor and operations manager with a leading local firm in Saudi Arabia.
