Donovan is a Partner at Eversheds (KZN) and heads up the litigation department. He offers his clients a wealth of litigation experience from his years as a partner at Berkowitz Attorneys and subsequent work at Askew Grindlay and Partners Inc, dealing with general litigation as well as personal injury cases.

He joined Knight Turner Inc in 2011 focusing on commercial litigation, contracts and labour law. He is actively involved in eviction matters in terms of PIE as well as ESTA. He holds a BComm LLB degree from the University of Natal. He completed articles at Berkowitz Attorneys and was admitted as an Attorney in February 2003.
