Michelle is an associate in the Eversheds KZN commercial corporate practice.

Michelle graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with an LLB degree and thereafter obtained her Master’s degree in labour law in 2013. In 2016, Michelle was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Her practice experience includes advising on, and drafting of, various commercial agreements, assisting with corporate structuring and joint ventures (legal due diligences and confidentiality agreements), formation and registration of trusts. She has also assisted high-valued clients with legal compliance relating to the South African Companies Act, Consumer Protection Act and National Credit Act.

Michelle has a particular interest in labour law and the law of trusts within the parameters of her commercial corporate practice.
