Goitse is a partner in Eversheds South Africa's commercial department, specialising in corporate law, competition law and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practise law in South Africa and speaks fluent English, Setswana and Sotho. He holds an LLB degree, a Higher Diploma in Tax and Certificates I and II in Advanced Company Law.

Goitse's recent experience includes advising Plessey in the cable-laying operation implemented by MTN/Neotel for fibre optic cable rolled out between Johannesburg and Durban; representing a listed company in a matter where the Financial Services Board referred a complainant to its Enforcement Committee; and advising the North West Gambling Board against one of its major licensees in the country in a dispute involving non-payment of gambling levies.

Goitse is the winner of the firm's Associate Achiever Programme for 2011.
