Daniella is an associate in the Litigation Department at our Melrose office.

Daniella graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a Bcomm Law in 2006 and a LLB in 2008. In 2012, Daniella was admitted as an attorney of the High Court.

She has gained experience in both High Court and Magistrates Court litigation with a focus on alternative/dispute resolution.

She has advised both individual and corporate clients on various aspects of commercial and general litigation and has a keen interest in banking and insolvency related litigation.
