Timo specialises in labour law and dispute resolution. He has years of experience in labour law and industrial safety matters in public courts and considerable experience in arbitration proceedings.

In addition, his expertise covers a wide variety of matters related to the restructuring of business operations, cooperation proceedings, management and employment contracts, and the application and switching of collective bargaining agreements. He advises Finnish and international clients in demanding questions of labour law. Timo has organised numerous training events, held lectures, and given seminar talks on employment and labour law. He is also part of the Edilex Pro group of experts.

Timo is a member of the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA).
