Tiina Ashorn acts as the head of our ICT and contract law teams and is responsible for the information technology sector of Eversheds Sutherland in Finland. She also has plenty of experience in the consumer service and consumer finance industries.

Tiina advises especially in contract negotiations related to ICT delivery and services procurements, projects as well as outsourcing and franchising. Tiina regularly takes care of regulatory matters pertaining to the field. She has represented, inter alia, companies operating in the fields of commerce, logistics, finance, insurance and telecommunications, as well as the public sector. Tiina also regularly advises clients in international contract negotiations. She has also acted and acts as a secretary to boards of client companies.
