Johan is a partner in our M&A group, specializing mainly in issues related to company law and transactions. Johan also handles various cases related to commercial law.

In addition, Johan has assisted foreign companies in the establishment of their businesses in Finland.

One example of Johan’s central clients is assisting a foreign finance company in its various legal matters in Finland, including judicial proceedings.

Additionally, Johan has broad experience of the art world as well as wide knowledge of modern and contemporary art
