representing Osaühing Aldar Eesti against Alko Oy after Alko Oy had claimed that trademark SuPerAlko infringed Alko’s trademarks and trade name representing DT Trade Oy against Abloy Oy in dispute concerning the alleged infringement of Abloy Oy's trademarks. representing Arla Oy against Valio Oy in a dispute concerning the invalidation of Valio Oy’s trademark registration for VOIMARIINI representing the wholesale company F-Safety Oy against Kuomiokoski Oy after Kuomiokoski Oy had claimed that the children’s ANGRY BIRDS winter boots F-Safety Oy has had manufactured infringe the design rights of Kuomiokoski Oy’s KUOMA footwear. represented the importing company IP-Agency Finland Oy against Wellmen Oy in a dispute concerning the cancellation of a design registration related to SELÄTIN sporting equipment after Wellmen Oy had asserted that IP-Agency Finland Oy and its retailers had infringed the rights to the product in question. representing a leading European research and technology organization on dispute concerning the infringement of client’s trademarks and company name representing a medium-sized, 50 -year -old Finnish family business in a dispute concerning the invalidation and annulment of a counterparty’s trademarks after the counterparty had filed an infringement claim concerning the trademarks in question against the client representing a large Finnish media company in a dispute concerning the invalidation of the counterparty’s patent after the counterparty had asserted that the client infringed the patent in question representing an old Finnish metal company in a dispute concerning unfair business practices (counterparty’s false and misleading advertisement) advising both national and foreign clients in trademark registration and trademark opposition proceedings before OHIM and the Finnish Patent Office as well as cancellation proceedings before OHIM
