Alisdair is a Principal Associate on our Real Estate team.

He has experience acting on a broad range of real estate matters for a variety of stakeholders across Scotland, England and Wales.

Alisdair regularly acts on commercial leasing and asset management transactions, acting for both landlord and tenant clients across the retail, leisure, office and logistics sectors.

He acts for a number of investor clients on high value disposals, acquisitions and development projects.

Alisdair also works within the firm's Real Estate Finance team, advising borrowers and lenders on the real estate aspects of finance transactions including investment and development finance.
