Tom is a partner in our London real estate practice. 18/19 was another successful year for Tom acting on press-grabbing, market leading corporate occupier deals and significant landlord lettings. Tom has won many new clients this year via referrals from JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. He is seen as the ‘go-to’ man for tech and finance HQs. On the key London lettings this year - if Tom was not involved on either the landlord or the tenant side, he was representing an unsuccessful tenant competing for the space. The largest London occupier deal for a decade reportedly was Facebook’s King’s Cross pre-let and Tom with Bruce Dear represented Facebook on this significant and challenging transaction. Tom’s key occupier clients include: Facebook, Expedia, Brewin Dolphin, beIN Media, Smith & Williamson, Rothesay Life, Venus Asset Management and Exor. Tom’s key landlord clients are: Landsec, Derwent, QNB and Redevco.
