Kate is a principle associate in our litigation and dispute management practice specialising in construction disputes, including engineering, energy, rail and design.

Kate advises on all aspects of dispute avoidance and dispute management, in the context of complicated contractual relationships and technical issues on major projects.  She has experience of litigation in a variety of courts, as well as arbitration, mediation and adjudication.

Her major disputes have included:

a multi-party, multi-million dollar litigation regarding the design and construction of a process plant; several disputes concerning the performance outputs and payment mechanisms on a substantial infrastructure PPP project; design defects claims in the energy sector.

Kate also specialises in warranty claims and bond calls.
