Peter is a Consultant in Eversheds UK Human Resources Practice Group. He has specialised in employment law for over 30 years. He has extensive experience of dealing with senior executive terminations, High Court Litigation, change projects and trade union disputes including industrial action.

His recent experience includes :

• successfully representing Innospec in a highly sensitive gender discrimination case in the Court of Appeal (reported case).

• advising a media company on the high profile termination of a senior executive.

• assisting a major FTSE 100 plc in dealing with threatened industrial action (and resolution of the trade dispute that lay behind the proposed action).

• advising a FTSE100 plc on implementing a major change to its pension arrangements.

• acting for TNT on imposing contractual change in the reported EAT case of Slade and Others v TNT.

• dealing with the terminations of senior executives for FTSE 100 and 250 clients.
