Andrew Jordan is a Partner and national head of the Restructuring Group at Eversheds Sutherland.

Andrew advises on all aspects of corporate turnaround, restructuring and insolvency. Andrew advises on a wide range of debt finance transactions acting for senior and mezzanine lenders, private equity sponsors, turnaround investors and professionals, asset-based lenders, and corporate clients. Andrew has worked on a number of high profile restructurings and corporate insolvencies throughout his career including Imperial Consolidated (a US $500m international investment scheme); MG Rover Group; Powerhouse Retail Group; LDV Vans; Royal Worcester and Spode; Wedgewood Museum Trust; The Julian Graves Retail Chain; Phones 4U; Brantano Shoes; Bernard Matthews; The Birmingham Mailbox and various Premier League and Championship Football Clubs.

Andrew has recently been involved in a number of confidential restructurings across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Leisure, Construction, Automotive and Local Government.
