Sarah Reynolds

Sarah is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. She specialises in contentious and non-contentious employment law and acts for a wide range of clients, both national and international.

She regularly advises clients on drafting contracts and policies, business reorganisations, severances and compromise agreements.  In addition, Sarah advises organisations on all aspects of employment law from maternity and family friendly matters, to disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, sickness and absence management, working time, discrimination, TUPE, changing terms and conditions and contractual status.

Sarah has extensive experience of handling tribunal claims, including fully preparing a case for hearing, and undertaking the advocacy at any hearing.  She has acted for clients in relation to a variety of discrimination claims, including age, sex, race and disability discrimination, as well as claims concerning breach of contract, TUPE or whistleblowing, plus unfair dismissal claims relating to redundancy, performance, capability (ill health) and conduct dismissals.  Sarah has also successfully represented clients in Judicial Mediation, helping them to resolve litigious disputes.

Sarah is a member of the Law Society, the Employment Lawyers Association and Birmingham Forward.
