Jenna Poulton is a Partner and heads the Restructuring Group in Birmingham at Eversheds Sutherland.

Jenna advises on all aspects of non-contentious distressed lending, corporate and real estate restructuring and insolvency assignments, acting for a wide variety of clients including clearing banks, asset-based lenders, insolvency practitioners, private equity sponsors, corporates and other key financial stakeholders. Jenna has particular experience in distressed lending, solvent financial restructurings and use of debt management and restructuring tools, together with all aspects of distressed corporate disposals and corporate insolvency processes. She is well-versed in assisting corporates and financial stakeholders at all stages of the financial distress cycle, including advising on risk profile for boards of directors and managing the recovery of distressed debt positions through solvent and insolvent solutions for all manner of financial stakeholders.

Jenna has worked on a number of high-profile restructuring assignments throughout her career including: the administrations of MG Rover Group, Royal Worcester and Spode, Phones 4U, Jaeger Retail and Joules, together with a number of high-profile confidential restructurings with hundred-million pound debt stacks.
