Fiona undertakes a full range of contentious, non-contentious and transactional employment work.

She has particular experience in acting for clients in: High Court bonus claims and restrictive covenant, confidential information and team move disputes; high value Employment Tribunal claims, such as whistleblowing and discrimination claims; and multi-jurisdictional litigation matters.

Fiona also advises on non-contentious matters, including: employment contracts and bonus arrangements; senior and executive-level appointments and terminations; complex change projects, including domestic and international outsourcings and TUPE; internal grievances, investigations and disciplinaries; and individual and collective redundancies.
