Craig Rogers advises on complex, cross-border IT and outsourcing arrangements. He has led significant transactions across all sectors but has a particular focus on regulated utilities and financial services.

Craig joined Eversheds in 2015 after 12 years in-house at IT giants IBM & Oracle and Indian Outsourcing outfit, TCS.

In his last role, Craig was the lead lawyer for IBM’s financial services business in Europe.

Craig has managed large teams on complex, global transactions with retail and investment banks, insurance companies, central government departments, regulated utilities, large retailers, multi-national oil companies and major consumer goods brands.

His practice covers:

• IT and Business Process Outsourcing

• the design/build/operation of IT platforms (particularly in the banking and insurance sector)

• complex systems implementations (including Oracle and SAP)

• Strategic Alliances

• Cloud / SaaS / PaaS agreements

• IT Security & PCI/DSS

• SYSC/Solvency II compliance in outsourcing
