Chairman

Mark is the Chairman of the firm. He maintains an active practice concentrated on mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, capital markets, and corporate governance. Mark has extensive experience in public offerings of equity securities, as well as public and private debt securities. His clients include numerous public and private companies, major investment banks, and venture capital firms in a diverse range of industries, including energy and oilfield services, gas marketing, manufacturing, insurance, medical technology, and shipping. Mark also has experience advising boards of directors at Fortune 100 companies. Mark has represented clients in over 150 domestic and cross-border debt and equity offerings since 2008.
